Open Writing

Returning from their honeymoon, Sarah and Robin Wright moved in with Sarah's father Jack and stepmother Lucy. They had decided it was the quickest way to save money, so they could buy their own house the following year.

Everything went fine, until they realized the acoustics of the house were really bad. The bedrooms were the worst rooms of all. This was very restricting, put a great strain on their relationship and was so embarrassing. Sex became very limited and restrained. After six months Sarah and Robin decided they would rent a caravan and tell Jack and Lucy about their decision at the weekend.

Saturday night's BBQ was washed out, so they returned home early, both of them soaked to the skin. The house was in darkness as they let themselves in, and they realized Jack and Lucy were still out. Closing the lounge door behind them, their pent-up emotions overcame Sarah and Robin and they began to strip each other's wet clothes off, kissing passionately. They made love with complete abandonment. Wild passionate love in a way they had been unable to since their honeymoon. Finally exhausted and totally satisfied after an explosive, powerful climax, they hurriedly collected their clothes together and went to their bedroom, and were soon fast asleep in each other's arms.

The next morning Sarah realized her bra was missing from the clothes she had worn the day before. It must be in the lounge, she blushed at the thought and quickly made her way there. There was no sign of her bra anywhere, but she picked up Lucy's pink lace knickers and one of her father's socks. Now she really was embarrassed, even before she saw her bra in the laundry basket as she placed the knickers and sock on top of it.

Sarah could hardly get the words out as she told Robin, when she went back to their bedroom. She had never felt so embarrassed in her life before. They realized at that moment, they were not the only ones finding their sex-life restricted. Jack and Lucy must have used the lounge themselves last night.

Breakfast was a little strained, until Lucy asked Sarah how she wanted her eggs — she couldn't stop herself laughing. Which of course made Sarah laugh. Before long they were all laughing. The tension was relieved and everyone was able to relax. Jack then offered Sarah enough money for a deposit on a house from the trust fund her mother had left her.

"I am sure your mother would approve the release of some of the money early under the circumstances," he said, reaching across the table and squeezing Sarah's hand. "It's obviously a far better time to put it to good use dear, don't you agree?"

"Oh, thank you Dad." Sarah jumped up from her chair and threw her arms around Jack and kissed him. Lucy smiled as Sarah and Robin hugged each other and danced around the room. She gave Jack a kiss
"You're a real gem, Jack Clark. No wonder I love you so much," she said. "Now come on all of you, breakfast is getting cold." The strict tone of her voice belied by the smile on her face.

NINE MONTHS LATER

Lucy visited Sarah in hospital after the birth of her twin daughters Jacqueline and Jasmin. As she cradled Jasmin in her arms she said "you know Sarah I'm not surprised you conceived twins that night you and Robin made love in the lounge." She smiled as Sarah blushed.

"I have a confession to make, but please don't be embarrassed dear. I have wanted to tell you ever since that night. Jack and I were making love in the lounge when we heard you and Robin come in. We barely had time to hide behind the settee — and being naked we could only cuddle up together until you both left."

"Oh, no!" Sarah gasped. "I thought you and Dad had made love in the lounge when I found your underwear next morning, but I thought you had been there earlier on."

The two women looked at each other and burst out laughing. Lucy gently laid Jasmin down in her cradle, and picked up her handbag to leave.

"I'm not sure you should ever tell Robin. You know I wouldn't want him to feel too embarrassed to face me again." She closed the door behind her, still laughing.

She bent over and kissed Sarah.

"At least the whole episode made us realize how restricted we were all feeling. I felt terrible when I found the knickers and sock you had put in the laundry basket for me. Thank goodness everything worked out so well. Now I must go. Jack will be calling in to see you later, dear."

Sarah hugged Lucy. "Thank you Lucy. Don't worry I won't mention a word to Robin. Well, not for a few years anyway." They were both laughing as Lucy closed the door behind her.

To this very day Sarah and Robin find that 'extra glow' to their sex life whenever they can 'steal' an evening to themselves making love in the lounge, but they always check behind the settee first!
