Our Missy rang from school....
"I don’t have any lunch today."
Our Missy is no fool.
I reassured the little pet
Some food was on it’s way
We couldn’t have her hungry
What would her Daddy say.
"What happened to her lunch today?"
That night I asked her Mum
"Was it pinched at school or what?"
Our Missy isn’t dumb!
"Oh no, she had her lunch today"
I heard her Mother state
Our Belle looked up and scornfully said,
"Jam sandwiches...I hate!''
