Wee cheepin, chirpin, mobile phone
While Ah've got you Ah'm not alone
Ye keep me in touch wi' every freen
And even some ah've never seen
Ma communications skills are better,
Noo Ah don't hiv tae write a letter
JST TXT

Ah txt ma brither in Toronto
And his answer comes back pronto
He tells me that it's rainin' there
But it's sunny here so Ah don't care
Yet it's guid tae keep in touch
Even if we're no sayin' much
WE JST TXT : )

And Auntie Jeannie in New Zealand
Txt tae see how we're aw feelin'
Ah txt back that Ah'm fine maself
But her auld pal Meg at number twelve
Has accidentally killed herself
The funeral's set for Monday next
Bad news is easier when
U JST TXT : )
