About Our Words: A School Trip To The Baltic

Graham Borradaile from Canada is seeking information of a school trip to the Baltic in the early 1960s.

I enjoyed a trip to the Baltic (Copenhagen, Stockholm, Helsinki, Leningrad), as a schoolboy from England in, I think, 1961.

I believe that it may have been the last time, or nearly the last, that the ship was used for this purpose before being scrapped.

If anyone has more information, or information on the school party from Maidenhead, let me know.
