1680 in Siena.
Adult liife
Studied with Bernacchi in Bologna. Sang in Dresden 1717-20. Sang with Handel's company in London 1720-28, creating many Handel roles, including Julius Caesar and Admetus. Later joined Porpora's rival company. His voice was considered even more beautiful than his rival castrato Farinelli's.
He returned to Italy in 1736 having made a fortune. He died 27th. January 1759 in Siena.aged 79.
