About Our Words: Don't Forget To Write
Mary from Melbourne e-mail's us to express her delight in reading Pamy Blaine's "gentle and funny'' articles.
Mary writes:
Reading this article three years after Pam Blaine put pinkie to keyboard doesn't make it any less relevant today. I suspect we're of the same generation because I can relate totally to what she has to say.
I do email, but my children have trained me out of writing 'long letters.' One gets to the point of the message and clicks 'send'.
Pink ribbon or not, I'm afraid that our messages won't be worth saving on cd for the delectation of future generations.
I love Pam Blaine's articles. The are gentle and funny and they give this city slicker an idea of what small town living could be like.
