Poetry Pleases: View From An Aeroplane
Caroline Glyn's thoughts soar to a new understanding.
I hover with the sun on wings of cloud;
Far below
The cars run up their roads like flies on poles.
The meadows rise to meet me, rocking, rolling
At crazy angles beneath the crazy shapes
Of the cloud wilderness I dwell in now.
Wild as air and glad as light, my thoughts fly free
Through this sky paradise I only understand.
