How far would you travel to find your own truths
If there were no borders and no one to stop you

How old would you wish to be
If only you counted your years or candles

How long would you hold on to me
If letting go meant farewell forever

How long would you care for the opinions of others
If your mirror reflected no conscience

How close would you dance
If the only music heard was my heartbeat

How long would you be faithful
If it depended on your word alone

How deeply could you love
If passion gave you everything but guaranteed nothing

How long would you stand by the one you love
If it meant standing against all odds

How much of you would you risk
If loving someone was truly dangerous

How long would you wait for me
If I promised to return someday

How sweetly would you sing
If only the deaf were listening

How long could you truly love
If love demanded only the truth

How much of me should I surrender to rescue you
If there is nothing in it for me
