Be still my sorrowing mind and fill
This aching void inside
For there will be no spring for me this year
Unless onto our mountain top I go and find him there

And yet, could it be that he
into another time will wake
And shake
His wondrous head in glee?
And bark

What's dead? Who's dead? Not me!
Just free!
Free again of all my earthly pain
To roam these hills eternally

So let your memories of me flutter now and then
And stroke me in your dreams
We'll meet again....
