Away With Worry: The Rabbit And The Squirrel
Angela Black derives pleasure from the wildlife in her garden.
The rabbit and the squirrel jog along well
They play, they skirmish, I can tell
From a quiet corner in the house
From which I watch, as quiet as a mouse
Often together and often seen
Close to a woodland, near a stream
If a fox comes near a squirrel can climb
The rabbit has a burrow - just in time
Their tricks and antics give us pleasure
whenever we have time and leisure
