National Trust News: National Trust Summer Events

"The National Trust has hundreds of summer events and activities happening across England, Wales and Northern Ireland,'' says Sally Airey.

"Enjoy Shakespeare’s plays performed in the grounds of a country manor; relax to the rhythms of live jazz on a rolling lawn; let the tales of Roald Dahl bring a smile in the grounds of a ruined castle, or join a spectacular open air music concert as the sun sets.

Invite friends and family, pack the rugs and blankets, load up the picnic hamper, and then kick back, relax and enjoy outdoor theatre and music with the National Trust.''
