Poetry Pleases: Modern Martial Art

Here's a poem by nine-year-old Ben Horner. The start of a literary career?

The mat falls with a powerful thump.
It swallows up the judo players below,
Twisting and turning in their bright white gi's.
Competitive combat!

Serious Sensei, he strikes and thrusts,
Swaying belts reaching out to grab you,
As quick as lightning.
What a fearsome fight.
